Exchange and Return 

Blue Cavallo recognizes the challenges of online shopping, and we understand that making decisions about your purchases can be a complex process. To ease this, we provide a generous 3-day window for you to decide whether to keep or return your items, giving you the time and flexibility you need.


No refunds are offered for purchased goods. Items, once sold, are eligible for exchange or issuance of store credit, subject to compliance with our terms and conditions.

  3. Please indicate the reason for the return and include a product image for quality assessment. In the event of a defective or incorrect product, kindly provide an image of the defective item.
  • Upon approval for exchange/replacement, a credit note will be issued, and the customer has to ship their own with a tracking number. Ensure the returned product is unused and in its original packaging. Requests for return, exchange, or credit note won’t be approved after 3 days of delivery.
  • Credit Value will be for the full value of the products returned, excluding any shipping/COD charges and will be valid for a period of 3 whole months.
  • Please note that the item MUST be unworn/unused.
  • The Shipping Charges will not be Borne by us for the same and will have to be borne by the customer unless the piece is damaged or defected. 
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase


Certainly, almost everything can be returned, except for items falling into the following categories:
  • Personalized items are tailored to your specifications, making them ineligible for refunds.
  • Products from the Personalized collection are not eligible for returns.
  • Sale items, promotional offers, and free items are not returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Items exchanged once cannot be exchanged again and are not eligible for further returns.
  • We recommend rejecting any delivery with a broken seal or unsealed box, as such orders will not be accepted if returned.
  • Please be aware that for Cash On Delivery orders, the box cannot be opened without making the payment at the time of delivery.
  • Upon receiving your return, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets the conditions of being unused and returned within the specified 3-day period.


To facilitate an exchange for items with manufacturing defects, incorrect orders, or quality issues, please contact us via the provided email address or call us at +91 8696765655, attaching photographs of the damaged piece. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For eligibility, the item must have been delivered within the last 3 days. Requests made beyond this period won’t be considered as manufacturing defects. Wear and tear damage does not qualify for a free exchange.

The affected item will be exchanged for a new piece within 7 working days, without any additional charges. Refunds will not be provided; instead, we will offer either an exchange for a new piece or a credit note for the return.
